Kayd here. I'm going to talk to you about the world's tallest building, the Burj Dubai. They started building it on Sept. 21 , 2004 and ended on Jan. 4, 2010. It cost $1.5 billion dollars!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Then they changed the name to the Burj Khalifa to honor the UAE president for his crucial support. Out of 900 apartments 825 were still empty.
